GachaSong is a music card exchange platform where users share a music link and receive a random music link from another user. The service is provided free of charge.

• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable laws.
• Submit links to content that is illegal or infringing on others' rights.
• Attempt to manipulate the exchange system or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to submit cards or scrape data from the service.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (music links, recommendations). By submitting content, you grant GachaSong a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content to other users as part of the card exchange.

5. Music Links

GachaSong does not host any music content. We only store and display links to music hosted on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of linked music.

6. Limitation of Liability

GachaSong is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
